Development

We're at Donald Ross and US1. That peaceful open space we used to know? Gone for good. Turned into something that few seem happy about. I don't really understand who thought this was a smart move, or why it had to happen the way it did. But here we are, watching our beautiful little town change in ways that don't sit right with the people who call this home.

If I'm elected mayor, I'll do my best to keep things fair for folks who've been here forever, and for property owners who have rights that matter. Development is part of progress, and I get and respect that people invest in property to build and grow. At the same time, our town is unique, and our neighbors deserve to keep enjoying the life they've built here. Development doesn't have to mean losing what makes this place special. We can find ways to grow thoughtfully, protect our town's character, and make sure everyone has a seat at the table when these decisions get made. This is our town. Our future. Let's roll up our sleeves and figure it out together.
