About Dave
Dave has been a Juno Beach resident for over twenty years. In 2025 he retired from a 38 year
career at FPL and NextEra Energy where he managed projects in Florida and across the U.S. gaining extensive experience dealing with federal, state, and local agencies, permits, budgets, schedules, environmental and safety matters, and contract negotiation. Prior to his FPL career, Dave served as an Army officer for 6 years after graduating from West Point. He received an MBA from Oklahoma City University in 1987. Dave and his wife Kate have two married children and three (soon to be four) grandchildren. They enjoy paddleboarding from the beach, boating, cooking, pets, travel, and an occasional round of golf.
