Dave has been a Juno Beach resident for over twenty years and is deeply committed to the community.

 

A graduate of West Point, Dave served six years as an Army officer, with assignments in Germany and Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Following his military service, Dave joined FPL where he worked for nearly four decades in various engineering and management roles. During his tenure, he developed extensive expertise in contract negotiations and managing large-scale utility infrastructure projects.

This combination of military leadership, decades of managing complex projects and multi-billion dollar budgets, and his skill in negotiating with diverse stakeholders has prepared Dave exceptionally well for the responsibilities of mayor. His deep roots in Juno Beach and understanding of both the technical and administrative challenges facing our town positions him to lead effectively and protect the character of our community.

Dave and his wife Kate have two married children and three grandchildren, with a fourth on the way. In their free time, they enjoy paddleboarding from the beach, boating, cooking, and spending time with their pets.
